Open source development in action

Posted on:December 06 2005

Ever wanted to see what it is like to develop open source 3d software? Ing. Apfelbaum created a video showing this. It even features music. :)

Not to mention the cool new irrlicht supported platform.

That's a cool video. I wish I could just click something on the screen and go to the page. :D

Uhh wow can open source really be done so easily?

so all i have to do is get terrain to render on a PDA and boil some water and play techno to code??

I understand completely about the talking on msn all night part begging people to fix my irritating bugs and what not but all this time I've been slaving over writing this text/code when all i really needed was steam and a magic stylist?!

I'm confused please tell me your secret magic ways!!! =P

Is there a compiler that runs on a PDA, so I could develop 3d applications with Irrlicht on the way? That would be awesome!
