Using subversion on Windows 7? Getting strange error messages when committing, like 'can't open db\transactions\ 0-1.txn''?
Solution: Disable your virus scanner.

Comments:
SVN is great, but anyway, you could use this problem as an opportunity to consider moving to git. I never regretted taking this step (and now, tortoisegit has the same features, if not more, than tortoisesvn).
