Irrlicht Nightly Builder updates

The Irrlicht Nightly builder, run by Marc Burns has been moved to a more reliable server, and Marc also added some new features to it:
- Builds with Visual Studio 2008, both 32 and 64 bits
- Native MinGW builds
- Online view of build output
- Two extremely fast mirrors provided by bitplane and wild (thanks!)
- Better compression with LZMA (Debug+Release for all platforms = 22MB)

Marc has really made updating Irrlicht completely hassle free.
