Gesundheit!!

On the way to work, I stopped at a crossways. Had to sneeze. Three people standing next to me immediatly shouted "Gesundheit!!" (or the equal local phrase) == "bless you". Friendly city.

btw, "gesundheit" is known at least in america, too. dont know about the UK. actually, "gesundheit" is much more common in familiar language than "god bless you".

Well, depends on where you are in America, I think. At least here in the southeast, we all know what gesundheit means, but we say "bless you."
