Please, please! Take my money!

I always find it funny when I contact a company and tell them that I want to give them my money, and I get no response at all. It doesn't happen often, but it happens. I wonder how these companies are still in business? With such a way to handle your customers or potential business partners, it's difficult to keep up the desire to still actually want their product...

Well, if the product is made so it requires frequent upgrades, or additional services, then it can happen that once the company has enough customers, it concentrates more on those than the new ones. After all, one must care for the customer. And if that is done long enough, it's just such a bother to talk to new people...
Or they may just be incompetent ;)

I bet you asked a question, didn't you? You didn't just say "I want to give you my money." And the question probably involved an answer you wouldn't want to hear. It's better to ignore a customer than to disappoint them. You still want their product, even though they know it's not suitable for you.

That or your e-mail got stuck in their spam filter.

True, some companies simply don't care about new customers. Ordered a new internet connection, the order confirmation email arrived soon. 3 weeks later I became aware that it was an auto-generated message. No further contact worked so far and my former internet connection contract runs out this month. HORROR!
