Software Patents rejected

The European Parliarment has rejected to vote for the Software Patents for now. Kewl.

Maybe US lawmakers will see this as a sign to investigate how microstep patents, especially in the software area, are limiting US businesses and making it 999% harder to compete with the rest of the world.
