It is done using Irrlicht and irrEdit and developed by KrabbitSoft Studios, known for example for KrabbitWorld and for Dean, our Irrlicht Team Member . If you are at the GDC this week, you also might find this game there somewhere. :)

I wondered why Dean hadn’t been on IRC for the last week or so, you must be pretty busy! Artwork is really cool and the arenas look huge. Nice use of trails and volume lights too.
Makes me want to quit my job and do games for a living :)
